1. Copyright

The entire content of the www.nano-max.co.uk website (images, text, graphics, symbols, web graphics, scripts, programs and other data) is the property of NANOMAX and its suppliers and is protected by copyright law and by intellectual and industrial property laws. The use without written consent of NANOMAX of any of the items listed above is punishable by law.

2. Access to information on the website

NANOMAX grants all users limited access to the NANOMAX website for personal use and does not grant them the right to download or modify part or all of the website, to reproduce part or all of the website, to copy, sell/resell or exploit the website in any other way for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of NANOMAX without its prior written consent.

3. Limitation of liability for products and services

Products are offered in the form in which they come from the manufacturer and also within the limits of available stock. NANOMAX makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the information, content, materials or products on the site and their fitness for a particular purpose.

Users expressly agree that use of this site and purchase of products is at their own risk. NANOMAX cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all products shown.

The images published on the site are for example purposes only and the products delivered may sometimes differ from the images shown in any way (colour, accessories, appearance, etc.). NANOMAX reserves the right to change the technical specifications of the products without prior notice. The content of the website (texts, product descriptions, technical characteristics, images, symbols) is created in close cooperation with the manufacturer of the products. For this reason, Nanomax assumes no responsibility for product descriptions presented on the Nanomax website, which are identical to those made available to us by the manufacturer.

The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by NANOMAX to the customer, only in case of advance payment, is the amount of the amount received by NANOMAX from this customer.

4. Limitation of liability for prices

Prices shown include VAT and do not include delivery costs. Promotional, free delivery can be offered on NANOMAX decision.

The purchase price printed on the invoice will not be higher than the one in the written order confirmation (sent by e-mail), as a firm one.

5. Limitation of liability for delivery

The delivery of the products has a national extension area and will be made anywhere in UK.

NANOMAX reserves the right to confirm orders prior to their fulfilment by contacting customers by telephone.

Delivery costs 5.99 GBP and is made throughout the inside Courier Services Available.

NANOMAX reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond NANOMAX control which include: fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, strike, government action, war, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or other impediments of force majeure, according to the Romanian law, courier delay.

6. Limitation of liability for payment

Payment for products ordered under this Contract with Customers shall be made in full upon delivery of the products. NANOMAX reserves the right, in certain cases, to request payment in advance. Payment in advance can be made by postal order or money order; proof of payment must be sent to NANOMAX at office@nano-max.co.uk. Products ordered must be paid in full, otherwise delivery will not be made.

7. Limitation of liability for warranty/validity of products

Products purchased through this site benefit from the manufacturer's warranty, in compliance with the legal provisions in force. Thus, each product will have the manufacturer's warranty/validity term written on the packaging or technical data sheet.

8. Limitation of liability for user comments

Users who visit the NANOMAX website can make comments about it and the products it offers via the Contact Form or by phone.

NANOMAX reserves the right to disregard comments that contain illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory content, that in any way disturb the privacy of others, infringe intellectual property rights, contain viruses, texts targeting various promotional campaigns, chain letters, mass mailings or any other form of spam.

NANOMAX shall not be liable nor shall it be obligated to pay any compensation for any form of damage caused by such comments or communications. In case of sending materials/documents, other than those related to the process of buying/selling products, the user is deemed to grant NANOMAX and its affiliates/associates the non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, as well as the right to distribute it anywhere in the world, by any means.

The user guarantees that he/she has all rights to the content he/she submits for publication on the site, by any means, so that, by using this content, he/she does not cause any damage to any person.

NANOMAX assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the content of these comments by users of the site, they are provided under the same limitation of liability as the rest of the content on the site.

9. Limitation of liability for links to other sites, server, browser

The NANOMAX website is hosted on the servers of a third party company. NANOMAX cannot be held responsible for any errors occurring on the site, regardless of the reasons for their occurrence, including changes to the site, settings, or updates. NANOMAX cannot be held responsible for errors occurring due to the use of certain browsers when visiting the NANOMAX website.

NANOMAX is not responsible for the content, quality or nature of sites that may be accessed through links from the NANO AUTO website. For those sites, full responsibility is borne by the owners of those sites.

10. Right to return products

The customer has the right to notify NANOMAX in writing that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty, within 10 working days of receipt of the product by returning it in its original packaging, with all accessories and without any trace of damage or wear, the customer bearing the shipping costs according to United Kingdom laws. This right cannot be invoked in the case of products collected from our premises or those delivered directly by our staff to the customer or for which a sample has been made.

In case of return, 100% of the value of the product will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Any such request/notification shall be given, signed and sent by the person registered in the database by e-mail to office@nano-max.co.uk, or by post to : 4 Floor 18 St. Cross Street, London, England, EC1N 8UN.

11. Disputes and final provisions

Any other problem caused by the products or the information presented on this site and not already covered by any article in this document, will be solved amicably within 30 working days from the date of the written notification of the problem by the user.

This contract constitutes a legal instrument for the settlement of any disputes between the parties by amicable means, or in case of disagreement by legal action. In case of dispute the courts of UK is responsible
