SurfaPore FX WB

It is an innovative hybrid nano-material, water-based, enhancing the properties of the material component and making it more resistant. SurfaPore FX contains nanoparticles that adhere and blend with construction materials, resulting in the strengthening and stabilization of the material.

The product is not a sealant, rather a treatment that helps the surface to harden and restore the structure to new.

It does not contain organic ingredients or resinous compounds, ensuring long-term effectiveness and resistance to weathering.
SurfaPore FX is a water-based suspension with functionalized nanoparticles. Due to the small size of the nanoparticles, the penetration depth can reach more than 20mm (porous tiles).

After application, the nanoparticles penetrate the surface, chemically attaching to it, forming a protective layer. Therefore, it provides a natural appearance, and the permeability and porosity of the treated surfaces remain unaffected.

SurfaPore FX creates a consistent surface with increased mechanical strength and durability. Its ease of application makes SurfaPore FX suitable for both protection and the repair of damaged surfaces.

 

Recommended use:

Worn and damaged surfaces, both interior and exterior, of buildings clad with the following materials:

  • Plaster or render;
  • Can be used as a primer for the waterproofing layer or paint.
  • Cementitious materials like concrete, cement;
  • Sand and porous stones;
  • Marble;
  • Clay-based tiles.

Surface preparation:

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and other extraneous residues.

Application instructions:

Before application, mix the product well to homogenise. Apply with spray, brush or paint roller. No dilution. Apply using a brush, roller or airless spray gun. For absorbent surfaces it can be applied in 2 coats, the second coat is applied 15 minutes after the first coat. Remove unabsorbed excess from the surface 20 minutes after application.

Coverage rate:

The estimated consumption rate is 1 litre per 6-8 sqm, depending very much on the properties of the surface to which the product is applied, depending on the surface.

THOROUGHLY CLEANS AND DRIES THE SURFACE

For this step, you can use a detergent from the Nanomax range, Professional Nano for pavement/paver cleaning. Clean the surface thoroughly with detergent and allow to dry thoroughly. Use protective gloves.

SHAKE THE CAN WELL

Apply the waterproofing paint with a brush in a thin layer, do not iron and do not let the surface come into contact with water for at least 5 hours. Protect the treated surface from water or other factors. After 5 hours apply a 2nd very thin coat to strengthen protection and colour. Leave for 3 hours to dry thoroughly.

Nanomax Cleaner Pro ( DeSalin C ) is a special cleaner based on a concentrated natural acid, highly effective in removing residues from cement, mortar, grout, plaster, natural or artificial stone surfaces. It is ideal for building facades, concrete slabs, paving slabs, natural stone surfaces, clay tiles and other clay objects, salt deposits created as a result of efflorescence. Remove the moss and fungus. CHARACTERISTICS: Cleans surfaces of stains and limescale. Removes moss, lichens and fungi. Easy to apply. APPLY: Nanomax Cleaner Pro ( DeSalin C ) undiluted or in a dilution ratio of up to 1:5 for lightly stained surfaces. Test first on a small surface. New cement surfaces should be allowed to mature before the detergent is applied. Wait for Cleaner Pro to work on the surface for 2-3 minutes. Remove residue by scrubbing with a stiff brush (do not use a wire brush). After application, rinse with plenty of water. For extremely dirty surfaces, repeat the procedure if necessary. Important:  CLEANER PRO ( DeSalin C ) is a citric acid-based detergent that is very strong if applied undiluted on surfaces. It can affect surfaces! Should be diluted 1:5, and if does not produce the desire effect, the dilution can be reduced to 1:1 or used undiluted. NEVER apply any undiluted acidic formulation on polished marble or stone. The glossiness will disappear.  The product is not recommended for cleaning decorative tiles or any type of limescale on sanitary ware. Certain customers have no problem applying DeSalin C/K on flamed marble or stone (non-polished), which are also prone to dirt accumulation. They start with a 1:5 dilution up to the concentrated form to find the optimum balance between etching and dirt removal. The producer will not take responsibility, as each type of marble or stone has its own characteristics (acid resistance, hardness, colourants, etc). SurfaPore ™ T is a water-based product modified with nanoparticles that fit into the pores of a polished surface, penetrating and "filling" pores that can accumulate dirt. These nanoparticles have the ability to self-polymerise and create an impermeable network of inert material. After modification, dirt particles cannot penetrate the micro-porosity of the surface (marble, granite or polished sandstone). Therefore, an important and value-adding goal has been achieved: permanent pore impregnation, providing stain protection and easy cleaning.
